Lonifi is a project currently in development, operated for now as a sole proprietor by Valentina Pintilie. For any question about your data, you can write to us at contact@lonifi.com.

Email address — if you subscribe to the waitlist, we collect your email and the site language selected at the time of subscription.

Feedback — if you fill in the feedback form, your answers are completely anonymous. We do not collect names, emails, or any other identifier in this form.

We do not use tracking cookies and do not collect any other personal data beyond what's described above.

Your email is used exclusively to notify you when Lonifi officially launches. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your email is stored through Brevo, the service we use to manage the subscriber list. You can read their privacy policy here: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/

We keep your email until Lonifi officially launches, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.

You can, at any time:

• find out what data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request complete deletion of your data, including unsubscribing from the waitlist

You also have the right to file a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), where Lonifi is currently based, or with your own country's data protection authority.
